GENERAL INFORMATION. Created for the Shriners organization. The Shriner, in his full clown suit, is holding aloft a bright yellow balloon with the name of a chapter inscribed. The objective of this large Sebastian was to encourage local chapters to have the figurines made for the chapter with its name on the balloon. The project met with very limited success.
