GENERAL INFORMATION. The Menotomy Trust Company in Arlington, Massachusetts asked Baston to replicate in miniature the bronze sculpture of a Menotomy Indian originally sculpted by Cyrus Dallin.  He produced a figurine with "Menotomy Trust" inscribed in the base and sold 2,500 in three years.
In 1952, Baston removed the inscription and issued the design both painted and bronzed to his gift shops.  He issued a bronze pen stand from1958 to 1967 and, in 1955, he produced a special edition of 50 with "Dartmouth College" cast into the base.
