GENERAL INFORMATION. Baston designed an aerial tramway miniature for the State of New Hampshire Recreational Service for their use in promoting the ski trade. His first design (right of image) was a complicated design using thread as cables. The piece was popular, and when large orders came in, Baston modified the design (left of image) for large production and economy.
