GENERAL INFORMATION. The man who requested the Howard Johnson Pieman in 1947(SML-91) requested that Baston create three miniatures for use in fund-raising for he Campfire Girls of America. These designs were discontinued after one year because the dress lengths were fluctuating so widely in the 1950s that current molds were rapidly became obsolete.
