GENERAL INFORMATION. This was the first piece commissioned by the Sebastian Exchange. The corner newsboy was a fixture in America for generations. He would 'stake out' a particular corner, defending his little territory if necessary. This piece was issued as a premium for new members of the Sebastian Exchange.
