GENERAL INFORMATION. Prescott W. Baston wished to honor the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. He borrowed the plaque design from the Boy Scout Plaque (SML-120) and added a small detail of the Spirit of '76 (SML-112). Miss Liberty appears in relief in the background.
