GENERAL INFORMATION. This figurine was introduced in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It was issued in two versions, the second to a one-year limited period. This is a plaque type design with Independence Hall in three dimensions on a base. The "We the People" inscription appears on the tower. This famous landmark is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and houses the famous Liberty Bell.
