GENERAL INFORMATION. This detailed piece was inspired by the Famous Winslow Homer painting, the Herring Net. This paperweight has two fishermen pulling their net into the dory (a small, seaworthy rowboat). Bonded porcelain was used to support the fine detail needed during the casting process for this particular figurine.
