GENERAL INFORMATION. This figurine was added to the Sebastian Remembers 50 Years set as a last item. It represents the years 1988/1989, twenty years after the lunar landing by Neil Armstrong who, upon alighting on the moon's surface, explained, "One smalls step for man; one giant leap for mankind."
