GENERAL INFORMATION.  The brilliant red colors make this a striking plaque.  The figurine and ornament were both produced for the Order of Eastern Star Grand Matron.  The cardinal is perched on a white pine branch with yellow daffodils breaking through the snow.  There is also a red rose on the back of the piece along with an inscription taken from the Bible (Psalms).
Only six figurines were produced on a wood base for use in special presentations.
