GENERAL INFORMATION. This membership piece for the Sebastian Miniatures Collectors Society was issued just prior to item SML-632 (New Year's Baby). Both were part of the SMCS collector's series. This figurine depicts the traditional father time as an old man who passes the torch on to the new baby each year.
