GENERAL INFORMATION. The Grand Matron of the Massachusetts Order of Eastern Star wanted to emphasize the importance of endangered species. This attractive, tall plaque shows the American Eagle soaring high over a young harp seal on an ice flow below. There is an engraved message on the back with sentiments of hope, peace and caring.
