GENERAL INFORMATION. Paul Revere is represented as standing at a podium leading a Masonic Lodge meeting in the later 1700s. The Masons were much represented in the leadership of the American Revolution. The Sons of Liberty, as an example, consisted primarily of members of the Masons.
