GENERAL INFORMATION.  This was an issue for the Masonic Annual Banquet held at the Grand Lodge in Boston.  The Masons, always supporters of the Boy Scouts of America, used this as a presentation piece for local lodges in Massachusetts to present to Boy Scouts as they became Eagle Scouts within the local communities in the state.
